Andy Howard

Andy has led customer experience, technology and innovation projects for clients including Royal Bank of Scotland, Sydney Airport and The University of Newcastle. He's worked in Sydney, London, Edinburgh, Seattle and Newcastle.

Andy is a UX Award winner (1 of 10 global awards) and is currently studying Corporate Innovation at Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Andy is a judge of the Australian Web Awards and AIMIA Awards. He speaks about customer experience and business strategy at national events and conferences and has guest lectured to University Masters classes.
