Service design + Agile = better user experiences

Over the last 5 years I have been working to embed service design and Agile methods into my organisation, but it is really hard work. I will be sharing some practical tips on how to use these methods together to create better user experiences.

Vanessa Roarty has spent the last 20 years working in digital service design, most recently as Director of Service Design in the Department of Finance. Vanessa has worked on a wide range of whole of government initiatives, including govCMS and australia.gov.au, and provides assistance to staff and agencies across government.
