How to ensure your design vision is implemented

Description
As Designers, our job is to understand today, using this information to create a vision for a better tomorrow. Unfortunately, ensuring your future-state vision is implemented is not a fait accompli. This workshop explores a range of actions, we as Designers, can take to ensure our Design vision is implemented. Beyond simply articulating compelling, well thought out Design deliverables this includes:
- Making time for Critical pre-project conversations with key stakeholders
- Forming and nurturing high-performing multi-disciplinary project teams
- Securing engagement from stakeholders (while you are producing your vision and beyond)
- Playing a role post the delivery of your vision
What you'll learn
You will leave the workshop having considered a wide range of approaches you could take to ensure your Design vision is implemented (beyond just producing great work). In addition, you will leave the workshop with a documented list of ideas you would personally like to experiment with after the session.

Completed workbook containing the ideas that have resonated strongly with each individual during the day.
