Emma Jones
Emma has a deep understanding of all methods of talent acquisition, gained over a 23 year recruitment career. Emma's experience covers both external and internal talent management, recruitment and resourcing. Originating from the UK, Emma has also lived and worked in the US and is now living and working in Australia where she has specialised in recruiting for UX disciplines over the last 5 years.
Emma is currently Head of Talent for ansarada, a fast growth SaaS company, based in Sydney but with global presence. Emma has helped ansarada achieve over 80% growth in headcount in under a year.
A regular contributor to media, Emma has also spoken at industry conferences and participated in panel discussions at events on digital, talent and recruitment practices. She also gives regular career talks to digital technology and design course graduates. She is passionate about people and recruiting practices.
