Although one in five Australians have some kind of disability, addressing their needs by improving web accessibility isn’t a priority for most organisations. Shannon will share her insights (including what not to do) about overcoming daunting WCAG guidelines and competing business priorities to embed accessibility at an organisational level.
Shannon combines her technical expertise and visual communication skills to produce clean, simple and logical digital solutions for local government agencies in her role at Seamless. She is a certified Scrum Product Owner and Experience Design Analyst, and works closely with her development team to refine user experiences.
