Paul Blake
Paul is the founder of Splendid Studio, a customer experience consultancy in Melbourne. He trained as a journalist in the late 80s and designed his first website in 1995. This kick-started a 20-year career where he has been web developer, interaction designer, information architect and experience designer.
He is a passionate advocate of customer-centred design, an experienced wrangler of complex projects and stakeholders and an enthusiastic mentor for younger designers.
He has worked in corporate, government and agency environments for a diverse range of clients and is an experienced design leader and manager.
Today he majors in strategic design and innovation and continues to advocate for great customer experiences.
