Hi, I’ve been designing and building products and services since 2006 when a UI Designer said to me “You seem to care a lot about this, maybe you should help out?”
Since then I’ve worked in-house and as a consultant UX Designer, Product Manager and Team Lead across community services, health, media, software development, finance and insurance for organisations such as Catholic Community Services, Medibank, Australia Post, ClearView, Woolworths, and the ABC.
Right now, I’m thinking a lot about design research, strategy and measurement.
