Annabelle Reid

Annabelle joined Debenhams Plc as a graduate in 2001 in the ‘Direct to Customer’ division of the U.K. based fashion, beauty and homewares department store.

Her career has followed the progression from a catalogue business through to a large multi-channel retailer where e-commerce is a pillar of the overall business growth strategy.

Annabelle is responsible for the search and navigation of transactional products for the Debenhams digital business and manages a 25 person team. Her other responsibilities include digital product imagery, which alongside the search and navigation deliver the overall customer journey to a successful purchase of an item.
In the last 3 years debenhams have rolled out a structure within their Ecommerce division to build for the future and as part of this have grown the product team to include product information architecture that supports an improved shopping experience.
