Megan Cruickshank

Megan Cruickshank is the General Manager of Advocacy Testing for new services and initiatives within Telstra’s product management and IT groups. She’s worked in the User Experience industry for close to 15 years, from researcher to usability tester to UX generalist and manager. As part of Telstra’s Design Practice, she focuses on how to enable User Experience groups in large organisations, and ensures teams are set up to better impact product and design outcomes. In particular, the advocacy testing program provides usability and service walkthrough services for all major initiatives, and forms a key part of Telstra’s customer focussed cultural and organisational change program.
