Larissa is an experienced and passionate CX Leader, with a strong track record in design strategy, interaction design, cross-channel experience management, organisational change and creative team leadership. She has led and guided large-scale online and mobile programs across a range of industries, driving customer experience for concrete and measurable business outcomes.
In her current role at CBA as Executive Design Manager, she leads a team of more than 30 user-experience specialists and visual designers. She is responsible for developing and embedding CCD methodologies and Lean UX Agile practice across all of the Digital Channel’s initiatives, building internal UX capability, and helping projects to be more customer-centric by bringing customer experience and design thinking into their programs.
Outside work, Larissa enjoys spending time with her two school-aged children, visiting art galleries, and going mountain biking on weekends. And she’s a real foodie.
