Gavin Hince manages the Department of Justice’s Online Services Strategy, a program of works to deliver (as he puts it) more Justice services better, online. The department has recently been recognised through an independent review as the Victorian Government’s leader in digital innovation.

Gavin has a Masters in Business Administration, and plenty of years’ experience in leading complex organisational change through projects.
