Jessica Ukotic

Jessica is a customer experience designer at National Australia Bank (NAB) at the Immersion and Design Centre. She started her career through the NAB technology graduate program as a programmer before making the move into service design and user experience.

Working on a diverse range of projects, Jessica has helped integrate what the customer is actually saying and doing across the bank: from UI design to retail floor management and scent testing in retail stores. Jessica specialises in user contextual interviews and observational research.

Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce from Victoria University in 2009 and is currently studying a graduate diploma in Behavioural Science at RMIT in Melbourne.
