Gerry Gaffney

Gerry Gaffney runs UX consultancy Information & Design in Melbourne. For the past many years has been working in usability and user experience. He’s co-authored two books (‘Forms That Work’ and ‘The Usability Kit’), and has contributed to others. He is former managing editor of UPA’s User Experience magazine, and is an active board member.

He’s lectured in User-centred design at Swinburne University. He’s run training and workshop sessions in Australia, New Zealand, Italy, China, Taiwan, USA and Hong Kong.

He runs the User Experience podcast.

He has consulted to a long list of clients, from small businesses to major corporates, on a wide range of products, covering intranet, internet, desktop and mobile.

His passion is user research.
