Elizabeth Ferrall-Nunge

Elizabeth Ferrall-Nunge is a user experience researcher at Twitter in San Francisco, USA. She currently works on a variety of projects around understanding advertiser/business needs and consumer behavior through an in-depth segmentation.

Prior to her work at Twitter, she was a user experience researcher for Google Inc. in Mountain View, USA, where she led research for Google Maps mobile, small to medium businesses, and user-generated content (My Maps, reviews, map edits).

She is experienced in utilizing an array of methods, including lab studies, diary studies, interviews, logs analysis, and surveys.

Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007.
