Gerry Gaffney

Gerry is managing director and principal (frequently only) consultant at Information & Design, a company he founded in Melbourne 20 years ago.

He’s co-author with Daniel Szuc of “The Usability Kit” and with Caroline Jarrett of “Forms That Work: Designing Web Forms for Usability”.

He runs the User Experience podcast and is an editorial board member and former managing editor of User Experience, the UPA’s quarterly print magazine.

Gerry has presented and tutored at a wide range of conferences including UPA in USA, Europe and China, OzCHI and AODC in Australia, and most recently UX Hong Kong.
