Experience visions: A case study

Tasked with delivering the online user experience for a prominent Australian client in early 2006, Boomworks, as one member of a multi-skilled team, undertook the creation of an Experience Vision to shape the direction of the online efforts over subsequent years. The project scope presented significant challenges in terms of scale, buy-in from traditionally disparate business units and a fundamental shift in the company’s philosophical and operational principles.

This presentation highlights the project challenges, the process for creating the Experience Vision, and how it has been successfully used to guide the online direction for the company over the last two years.
