Based in Canberra, Stephen is the Director and a Principal Designer at acidlabs, a small design thinking, user experience, and service design agency trying to do things a bit differently, giving their people a human place to work and actual balance in their lives.
He cares about things like ethics, representation (he is, but his own admission, one of way too many middle-class, educated, middle-aged, white dudes in design), the big picture, and building smarter clients.
As a dillettante bonsai grower and keen gardener, he is certain that home-grown tomatoes are the best and Chinese Elms are almost impossible to keep alive!
