Kirsty Elderton

Kirsty is a leading digital and design government specialist with a background in public service design, organisational design, product design, digital innovation and change. She understands the opportunity that design and digital present to radically transform businesses and governments – particularly to create better and cheaper public services – and has worked on award-winning transformation projects during senior roles in the private and public sector. 

Passionate about human-centred design, Kirsty firmly believes services should be designed with the people who use them. She is an experienced facilitator of co-design sessions that involve everyone in the service system; including customers, front line workers and senior leaders.
