Cassandra Kelsall
Cass has lead the design domain at SapientRazorfish for five years. Eleven years of experience has seen her span design disciplines from human-centred research and design, experience strategy, product development, UX, and UI. With a deep passion for people, systems, problem solving, design and technology, her dedication to client satisfaction and commitment to a collaborative working process drives her professional philosophy. Her experience spans a diverse portfolio of global clients in the UK, Australia and New Zealand including ASX, University of Auckland, OPSM, Suncorp and Foxtel.
As a Creative Director in the XD team, Cass’ role spans consulting and craft, from facilitation and creation of experience and products strategies, through to designing and coaching Agile delivery methodologies with teams. Over the past few years Cass has pioneered the Agile design and delivery processes at SapientRazorfish Australia, and for several clients in Australia and New Zealand. She brings desirable, viable and feasible human-centred experiences to fruition by pairing with business consultants, technology leads and distributed teams to build collaborative interdisciplinary teams and working practices. Cass is currently focused on developing the SR Digital Product Innovation practice in Australia. Her passion is in finding ways to build distinct digital brand experiences, and partnering with clients through their transformation to deliver them.
