Cat McDonald

Cat was a founding member of the Digital Team at the City of Casey, starting as a UX Specialist. She has recently moved to the Customer Service team as a Service Designer, where she will help deliver Council’s customer focus and channel strategies.
 
Having worked in Federal, State and now Local Government in both Australia and Japan, Cat understands that working in and with government requires persistence and patience. She has a Masters in Communication, has worked as an English teacher and spent far too many years working in Marketing.
