Brand, experience and culture

Companies often have a brand vision. Sometimes they'll have an experience vision. Rarely they'll have a clear cultural vision. Yet for any one to be successful, all three need to work together and support one another. Why? And what happens when they don't?

Kat Hardisty has been immersed in the field of UX for over a decade, as a practitioner and now as a strategist and manager of designers and researchers. She is passionate about customer experience, organisational culture, people leadership, challenging stereotypes and unconscious biases, diversity in the workplace, cats, books, and bright colours.
