About

Experience Strategy 2014 was a single day, single track conference, about the strategic side of experience and service design.

Experience strategies address the challenge of aligning the overall objectives of the business with a specific, intentional experience for users of your products and services. The strategy comprises both a vision for the future, and a plan for delivering on that experience.

This conference looks at the deliberate creation of a future vision for the experience delivered by your organisation, and the challenges associated with aligning that vision with other parts of the business. It will look at elements of strategy execution such as organisational change and corporate culture, responding to competitive pressures appropriately and demonstrating value within the business context.

It’s Australian

The conference focused on the Australian design community, with presentations primarily by local speakers and opportunities to share experiences with your peers.
