Jodie Moule

Jodie Moule is one of the Co-founding Directors of “Cook”, the lean start-up that came into existence following creation of Cook as a case-study product that formed an important part of Jodie’s book “Killer UX Design” (released by Sitepoint in 2012).

Prior to the world of IT Innovation Jodie worked as a psychologist in mental health and drug and alcohol rehabilitation, before moving onto organisational psychology and then the world of UX and Design. In her spare time Jodie is one of the co-founding directors of Symplicit, one of Australia’s leading Customer Led Innovation Consultancies.

A big advocate of behaviour change through technology, Jodie believes that understanding human behaviour is what allows you to change the customer experience and that change happens through great design.
