Leah Mackenzie is a CX and Insights Manager at UniSuper with over 17 years of experience in the superannuation industry. She has spent the last 7 years managing the research function to inform internal initiatives and company performance reports. More recently, Leah has shifted her focus to deep, qualitative research, including conducting interviews and mapping customer journeys end-to-end. She has a passion for bringing empathy to the forefront of initiatives to drive changes that can make a difference.
Leah has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Public Relations and Communications, a Diploma of Leadership and Management and has completed several design thinking courses.
