Kate Tilbrook
Kate Tilbrook is a Senior Design Researcher at UniSuper in Melbourne with 5 years of experience. She independently project manages and conducts user research and insights with the purpose of creating great user experiences. Her background is traditional, analytical research but she has emerged as a strong qualitative interviewer, articulating complex journeys and customer stories to drive change. More recently, she has been expanding her skill set into experience design including future-state mapping and prototype development.
Kate has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Genetics with Honours in Epidemiology, and has completed numerous design courses.
