Brent is Design Lead at carwow, where he heads up research and design for the car buying experience. He previously held similar roles at Zendesk, PayPal, TrendKite, and Spredfast. Before a long career in technology, he spent 10 years in advertising (don't hold that against him). He is active in the design community and speaks at meet-ups and design conferences. Brent also has 2 daughters, who teach him that the best part of creativity is making mistakes.
