Rose began her career by studying psychology and mental health, bringing her interest in human understanding to service design in 2003. Since then she’s consulted to clients across Europe, the USA and APAC on how to most effectively use research methods in their design processes. With an extensive background in cross-cultural exploration, she can generally be found working in public services and international development.
