Melissa Voderberg’s multidisciplinary background spans across product design, communication design, ethnographic research and customer experience. Her current role as a lecturer at Billy Blue College of Design involves setting up strategic partnerships with industry and directing design projects. She is very interested in how culture and human experience impact on the way people engage with technology. This central theme drives her current investigation into how user information can inform and enhance design. Her specialsed interest is in how the design of research tools can encourage user participation.
