How patient experience is changing the nature of health care

Health care providers are starting to focus their efforts on improving and managing Patient Experience, and it is going to dramatically change the way they serve you. From hospitals with customer service centres and designer maternity wards, to technology and funding models that empower people who have been completely dependent on carers to take back control of their lives, the future of health is person-centred care.

Naomi Norman is a Customer Experience Consultant with over 15 years experience. She currently heads SMS’ Customer Experience practice in Queensland where she works with large corporate and government clients, including health care providers such as UnitingCare Queensland and Queensland Health.
