UX is Agile, just not as you know it

Even though UX continues to mature and bear fruitful outcomes for companies, there is still a want to make it fit in the Agile development process. But as the old adage goes, this is like putting a square peg in a round hole. Agile is a great process for software development, but how are we supposed to ensure an acceptable user experience if we don’t have the time to define it and are just designing individual features?

That’s why we don’t do ‘agile’

But that doesn’t mean we’re not agile. My talk will explain how UX can be dynamic enough to fit in and around the traditional Agile process so teams have a shared understanding of the vision we’re trying to achieve and can break the work down accordingly.
