Sponsorship opportunities for UX Australia 2009

Platinum Sponsor

The Platinum sponsor will enjoy the following benefits:

• Single Platinum Sponsor status
• Cobranding rights to the conference, as in “UXAustralia 2009, proudly presented by uxevents.com.au and <sponsor>.com” on emails, website and conference bags
• First option to be mentioned on conference t-shirts (if produced)
• First choice of banner placement within the conference venue
• First option on lanyard supply
• Display space in the demonstration area if desired
• Mention as a Platinum sponsor on uxevents.com.au AND uxaustralia.com.au (i.e. both the company and the conference website)
• Free facing page single-page advertisement within the conference booklet/program
• Mention as a Platinum sponsor within the conference booklet/program
• One free conference pass (main conference only, not pre-conference workshops)

Expected contribution: $A5,000.00

Gold Sponsors

There may be multiple Gold Sponsors, who receive the following benefits:

• Joint second choice of banner placement within the conference venue.
• Collective second option to be mentioned on conference t-shirts (if produced)
• First rank mention on all branding after the Platinum Sponsor
• Display space in the demonstration area if desired
• Mention as a Gold sponsor on uxaustralia.com.au
• Free facing page half-page advertisement within the conference booklet/program
• Mention as a Gold sponsor within the conference booklet/program
• One free conference pass (main conference only, not pre-conference workshops)

Expected contribution: $A2,000.00 or equivalent

Silver Sponsors

There may be multiple Silver Sponsors, who receive:

• Mention as a Silver sponsor on uxaustralia.com.au
• Free quarter-page advertisement within the conference booklet/program
• Display space in the demonstration and careers room if desired
• Mention as a Silver sponsor within the conference booklet/program

Expected contribution: $A1,000.00 or equivalent

Bronze Sponsors

There may be multiple Bronze Sponsors, who receive:

• Mention as a Bronze sponsor on uxaustralia.com.au
• Display space in the demonstration and careers room if desired
• Mention as a Bronze sponsor within the conference booklet/program

Expected contribution: $A500.00 or equivalent

For all sponsor levels

Sponsors, except for the Platinum sponsor, may contribute needed services in kind – noting that the value of in-kind sponsorship must be equivalent or higher to the dollar value for the sponsor level. This may be paying for wifi, sponsorship of drinks, dinner, barista, etc. Where services in kind are provided, the sponsor will be mentioned specifically as the supplier of those services within the Conference wherever possible.

No sponsor automatically receives the right to present at the conference; though any sponsor may propose a presentation via the normal call for proposals and review process. Sponsors may also be involved in reviewing proposals process for the conference.

All sponsors may include flyers, bookmarks etc in conference satchels.
