Tuesday 25 August

AWIA pre-conference get-together. Tongue and Groove, Cnr Bunda & Genge Sts, Civic. 6pm onwards.

Wednesday 26 August 5.30pm

Join us for drinks and finger food (and register early to beat the Thursday crowd). These are on us!

Venue: Hotel Realm (detailed location TBA, but we’ll be easy to find).

We have no set dinner plans, but Kingson and Manuka are a short walk away and restaurants won’t be too busy.

Thursday 27 August: Dinner

We are making bookings at restaurants (in Kingston & Manuka so you can walk there). Sign-up sheets will be available during the day – put your name on one, grab a map and walk to dinner with your group.

Friday 28 August: Drinks

For anyone staying on, we’ll have Friday night drinks somewhere close – perhaps even at the hotel. Ask one of the organisers or volunteers for details and a map. We’ll announce it at lunch time and again during closing remarks (and probably a few times in-between).
